Trip to Little Rock

We had a fun trip to Little Rock last week! It was so great to see our family, most of whom we hadn't seen since Thanksgiving! Bo and his Dad got to go on a mens fishing retreat, so Sadie and I got a lot of girl time with DeeDee. We also got to see Aunt Jen and Uncle Nate alot as well as Sadie's cousins. Emerson smothered Sadie with entertainment and love and we loved every minute of our time with everyone!

DeeDee taught Sadie how to ride a mini 4 wheeler (Power Wheels) and how to build with Legos. We also uncovered Sadie's newfound love for puzzles and she became quite the puzzle master, so DeeDee & Aunt Jen let us take some home with us as well.

We also brought home another large toy for Sadie.... LUCY! After 6 months or so of so graciously taking care of our giant dog and all of her medical treatments:),we finally unburdened Bo's parents and brought our sweet slobbery dog home. We are so thankful for their help through this transition and their care for our sweet 1st child. I will note that, we joke that Diana likes to fatten anyone up that comes to her house with lots of spoiling and good food, but the proof is in the pudding.. and after 6 mnths of bones and treats at DeeDee and Pop's house, our already 109lb dog has gained about 20 lbs!

We are SO incredibly thankful to have such a wonderful family whom we love so much and have so much fun with. We wish we could be there more often:) Thanks Dianna, for giving me a "vacation" and for the whole family for hosting us and making time to spend with us!
